Pedro leads CUBE’s global customer organisation as Chief Customer Officer, focusing on onboarding, customer success, support, editorial and regulatory expertise, and data analytics services. Since joining CUBE in 2020, he has built the operating model, governance structures, and global delivery capability that underpins how CUBE serves complex regulated institutions globally. Pedro began his career as a Trade Consultant for the Spanish Embassy in Australia and holds degrees in Law and Finance. Before CUBE, he was a Director in the Banking and Capital Markets Technology Consulting practice at EY, where he led large-scale transformation programmes for Tier 1 banks, including global regulatory-driven initiatives and the development of frameworks for risk and control remediation.

James focuses on building products that solve complex problems for customers and that keep the world’s regulated firms ahead of constant change, combining deep domain expertise with AI-native design to deliver actionable intelligence. He leads CUBE’s multi-product strategy across RegPlatform, Intel, Oden and PoweredBy. He brings two decades of experience in financial services and enterprise technology. James joined CUBE through its acquisition of Acin, where he served as chief product officer. He spent a decade at Deloitte prior to that, advising on business and product transformation.

Rob leads CUBE’s Partner strategy, including the go-to-market strategy for its ‘Powered by’ product, which enables partner firms to embed CUBE’s regulatory intelligence data into their own platforms and technologies, supporting them in bringing new and innovative compliance tools and solutions to market for their customers. Rob brings more than 20 years of experience in financial services sales and management, with deep domain expertise and a track record of building high-performing teams. Before joining CUBE in 2018, he spent 15 years at Thomson Reuters leading sales and support for regulatory intelligence and GRC software solutions.

Under his leadership, CUBE has built an automated regulatory intelligence platform, tracking and monitoring regulatory sources across every country and published language, with operations across Europe, the US, Canada, Asia and Australia. Following a strategic partnership with Hg in 2024, CUBE has acquired Reg-Room, Thomson Reuters' Regulatory Intelligence and Oden businesses, Acin, Kodex AI, and 4CRisk.ai.
Ben began his career at MISys, where he focused on unstructured data and content management. Following the 2008 financial crisis, he saw the need for more robust regulatory data infrastructure across financial services, which led him to found CUBE. He has since contributed to the development of industry standards for content-related initiatives across the sector.

Thomas is a Director at Hg, a leading global software investor, and covers the regulatory technology and compliance sector. He has been involved in a dozen investments, both in Europe and North America, having relocated to the US to help build out Hg’s New York office, before moving back to London in 2020. He is a board member of CUBE, Pirum and Bright. Thomas joined Hg in 2017 and previously worked at Advent and McKinsey, both in New York. He holds a Master of Finance from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Supra joined CUBE following its acquisition of 4CRisk, the company he co-founded and served as chief operations officer. He brings over two decades of experience in large-scale software implementation and enterprise technology, including senior roles at MetricStream delivering solutions for Fortune 500 organisations.

Graeme focuses on AI strategy and data platform that powers regulatory risk intelligence. He brings decades of deep technology, data, and AI leadership knowledge. He has led the combination CUBE's public regulatory data with Acin's proprietary operational risk data to create a differentiated proposition across the regulation-to-control lifecycle.
Graeme began his career at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers before spending 17 years at Schroders across technology, data, and architecture leadership. He joined CUBE following its acquisition of Acin, where he served as chief technology officer and owned the full technology estate for a high-growth, regulatory risk fintech and secured institutional investment to scale the business.
