Having qualified as a solicitor in 1996, Neil spent six years in private practice at well-respected City law firms before venturing into in-house positions.
His in-house journey includes a significant stint at Inmarsat Plc, where he served as a Senior Attorney, overseeing corporate finance and commercial matters. Notably, Neil played a key role in facilitating a private equity acquisition of the company and implementing a global distribution network.
Neil held the position of General Counsel and Director, Regulatory Affairs, and Group Company Secretary at Trainline until October 2021. During his tenure, he played a crucial role in guiding Trainline from its startup phase to the second-largest IPO (Initial Public Offering) of 2019. Neil actively contributed to both the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors of Trainline.
Before becoming part of the CUBE family, Neil lent his legal expertise to Smart Pension, an award-winning pension platform supported by major names in the financial industry.
“I am honoured to join CUBE and contribute to its innovative approach in regulatory technology,” Neil said. ‘CUBE's commitment to providing cutting-edge solutions to global financial institutions aligns with my passion for driving meaningful change in the legal and regulatory space. I look forward to collaborating with the talented team at CUBE and contributing to its continued success.”
