David Yates has over 35 years of experience in provision of mission critical technology services to Banks, Insurance Firms and Telcos. Latterly, David has served as Executive Chairman of eNett, the world’s largest travel payments business, Vice Chairman of Equiniti, the UK’s leading and the US’ second largest Pension and Shareholder Services provider. He was previously NED at WorldPay, Concardis and an Operating Partner at Advent International.
In his last Executive role as President at Mastercard, David led innovation in Emerging Payments. His prior company, VocaLink (acquired by Mastercard) led innovation in Real-Time Clearing Systems and satisfied the demands of regulators and central banks worldwide by implementing the latest nationwide payments technologies in USA, Canada, Scandinavia, Singapore, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Peru amongst many others. Leading up to this David previously served as President of Western Union and of First Data International.
